Janet offers 38 years of experience with mindfulness practices and teachings which provide the basis for suppporting others in a non-judgmental inquiry into the habitual patterns which undermine their ability to meet life's challenges with gentleness,bravery, insight and wisdom.

Whether you have a formal meditation practice or are new to practice, MB-Well sessions help you see both the current situation and the path forward with greater clarity and compassion.

Cost: $150 hour or 3-session package for $400

(sliding scale available to low-income clients)

Virtual Practice & Study Groups

Monday Morning Practice Sessions

7:00 - 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time

$20 session

Minimum of one month participation is requested to provide continuity for the group.

Start the week with a guided meditation, short wisdom talk, and brief sharing in a small group context.

*The word "sangha" refers to a community of spiritual practitioners.  No need to be affiliated with any particular tradition!
