Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and how our experience of life is unfolding in our body, hearts and mind. Mindfulness meditation is a simple activity in which we bring curiosity, warmth and kindness to our experience with the intention of cultivating greater peace and well being. In this workshop, you will learn about the attitudes that support mindfulness and the foundational practice of sitting and walking meditation.
