Based on requests from previous Leading with Genuine Care Leadership retreat attendees, we are inaugurating a monthly peer group for retreat attendees to deepen their meditation practice and discuss issues and challenges in business and life.
Each meeting will be led by Janet Solyntjes and Rob Dube, the co-Teachers at the retreat. The group will meet 8 out of 12 months in 2022 for 90 minutes and attend the Leading with Genuine Care retreat.
The online peer group is optional and is open for registration throughout the year prior to the start of the Leading with Genuine Care retreat at Shambhala Mountain Center. Details below:
Meeting Pulse
We’ll meet 8 times in 2022, all on Zoom. Six times leading up to the retreat and two times after the retreat. The retreat is October 2nd-6th, 2022.
Agenda
Our agenda will begin with 45 minutes of teaching by Janet and Rob as well as a meditation and mindfulness practice. The second part of our time together, the remaining 45 minutes, will be spent helping each other solve timely issues we are dealing with in our businesses or lives. Essentially, service to each other. To have a group that has the commonality of a mindful foundation and the experience to help each other is such a unique opportunity.
Dates
The first set of dates are:
- January 26th, 11 am – 12:30 pm ET
- February 23rd, 11 am – 12:30 pm ET
- March 23rd, 11 am – 12:30 pm ET
The dates may change. Once the group is together, the remainder of the year can be scheduled collaboratively.
